Product, stock and price data is born in the ERP; the customer sees it on a sales channel. Orventory joins the two in one panel: it normalises what arrives, converts it into each channel's expected shape on the way out, and reads orders and edits back along the same path. Heavy work is queued and every step is recorded.

Products and variants

Products, variants, attributes, images, categories and collections travel from the ERP to the panel and on to the channels. Publication is managed per channel.

Stock and price

Stock and price updates run on separate queues, and each channel can carry its own pricing rule. Exchange rates are refreshed on a schedule.

Order flow

Orders taken on a channel are written to the panel and on to the ERP. Status, line items, shipments and billing/delivery addresses are each tracked. The order invoice is issued automatically as an e-invoice at the step you choose.

Mapping and suggestions

Category, brand, attribute and option mappings live in the panel. The platform reads your own data to propose mappings; the Trendyol schema is synchronised separately.

Shipping

Create and track shipments with 16 couriers, including Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, PTT, HepsiJET, Trendyol Express, FedEx, UPS, DHL and ACS. Shipment records sit under the order.

Translations and SEO

Product translations and SEO fields are updated per channel, so one record serves a multilingual storefront.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your ERP, the number of channels and the size of your catalogue. We scope it together on the first call and give you a timeline of your own. Setup runs in three steps: connections, mapping and the first full transfer.

How is it priced?

A one-off setup fee plus a monthly subscription. The amount depends on your ERP and the number of channels; you get a firm quote after the demo.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. In a free demo call we show Orventory live against your own ERP and sales channels, using your scenario.

Is there support after go-live?

Yes. Our team stays with you through rollout; after that you get support by email ([email protected]) and phone (+90 542 232 02 02).

Is my data safe?

Data is hosted in data centres in Germany, under EU data protection rules (GDPR). Only the data the integration needs is processed, and every operation is logged. For Turkish companies, the KVKK conditions for transferring data abroad are covered with you in the contract.

Can several sales channels be connected at once?

Yes. Each channel is its own record: whether a product is published there, at what price and against which category is held per channel.
